All Rates inclusive of taxes, American Breakfast, Complimentary Arrival and Departure transfers for minimum of 10 delegates coming and going together and one half day city tour with guide and Entrances complimentary. Any other direct or indirect expenses incurred by an individual should be borne by him.

The Conference rates are applicable only for Registered delegates so please register first for the Conference. After confirmation of Registration, PMFAI will inform the above Hotels accordingly.
Registration fees include attendance to all platform sessions and exhibitions, set of conference proceedings, list of delegates, Exhibition List and lunch and tea during the days of conference, it does not include Hotel Accommodation, Travel and all the other presumed expenses incurred by an individual.

Registration Fees Includes : Attendance to all Platform Sessions, Set of Conference Proceedings, List of Delegates, Set of Exhibition Catalogues, an invitation to Lunches and Dinners on the days of Conference.

Cancellation/Substitution : Once registered, no cancellation will be allowed and fees will not be refunded. Only substitution is permissible.

Payment Details :

	All payment must be made by Demand Draft / Crossed Cheques : payable at Mumbai, India. Delegates Registration and Advertisement in the Souvenier : in the name of "Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India". Exhibition : Payments must be made in favour of "Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry", payable at New Delhi.
	All foreign nationals must pay in US ($) Dollars only.
	All major Credit Cards accepted.

Payment Terms, Rules and Regulations : The organisers of APCPC 2003 reserve all rights to cancel, change the venue and dates for reasons beyond their control. However, in case of cancellation the Organisers shall refund all the payments accepted without any interest. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss arising out of any natural calamity/accidents during the exhibition. The execution of terms and conditions relating to the exhibition shall be deemed to be domiciled at the Mumbai courts and disputes arising thereof shall be judged according to Indian laws and Mumbai jurisdiction.

We bring to your kind notice, many airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Malaysian Airlines and other Airlines have announced special rebates in the Airfares (To & Fro) to Bangkok.

So, if you organise your trip to Bangkok, you will get most economical deal. You can attend the International Crop Science Conference & Exhibition, and can also avail group booking concession in registration fees and later on you are free to develop your business contacts with other companies and visit to tourist places in Thailand.

Group Booking for more than 15 Delegates from Mumbai / Delhi can be organised with additional rebate on Return Fares.
