Participation Payment Terms
Application for
participation has to be submitted to PMFAI along with charges.
Participation will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
Participation fee once paid will not be refundable.
All payments
will be made either through a Bank draft or through a Bankers'
cheque payable at Mumbai and drawn in Favour of "Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India",
Mumbai. Foreign exhibitors can also send the payment through
bank transfer in favour of "Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India".

Allocation of
Space
PMFAI / CHEMEXCIL will have
sole discretion in allocation of space. However, due
consideration will be given to the choice and requirement of the
applicant.
Catalogue
entry charge
Each exhibitor will be
required to pay US$ 12 for catalogue entry. This payment will be
made along with participation charges.
Applicable
Taxes
All applicable taxes are
extra
Electricity
& Power connection and consumption
Additional Power for shell
stands has to be paid for. The charges will be specified separately
in the exhibition manual.
Operation of
Stands
No stand will remain
unattended. All stands must open atleast half an hour before the
exhibition and shall remain open till half an hour after
exhibition time on each day.
Display of
Exhibits
The exhibitors may not
assign, sublet or grant licenses in any respect of any part of
the space allotted to it, nor, it may advertise the firm who are
not bonafide exhibitors of the show in their stand. Only those
products, Services and companies mentioned on the application
form may be displayed in the stand.
Storage of
exhibits & Empties
No exhibits or empties will
be stored behind the exhibition stands.
Vacation of
space
Stands will have to be
vaccated by 25th January, 2007 latest by 10:00 pm.
Damages to the
hall
Exhibitors will be required
to make good all damages or make payment for damages in the
Halls, if any.
Other services
and facilities
A host of other services
and facilities like water, telephones & security etc. can be
availed on payment.
Sale of
exhibits
No counter sales will be
permitted during the exhibition.
Violation of
Rules
In the evnt of violation of
any rules, Organisers will have the right to close down the
stall of the exhibitor.
Disputes
Disputes, if any, arising
out of unresolved matters between exhibitor and Organisers shall
be settled by arbritation in accordance with the Arbitration and
Concillation Act 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be
conducted in English and at Mumbai, India only.
Force Majeure
If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled, or suspended in whole
or in part by reasons of war, fire, national emergency, labour,
non-availibility of exhibition premises or re-allocation of
exhibition premises or any other cause not within the control of
Organisers, Organisers shall be under no obligation to refund
such rental, part thereof and shall be under no liability for
for any actions, claims or losses. |
