The Managing Committee is comprised of Ten Members and Five Co-opted Members.

The Managing Committee Meetings are held every alternate month and has full powers to achieve the objective of the Association. It approves the general policy and implementation plans.

The Managing Committee members are elected by all Ordinary Members and once elected is eligible for two years.

The Managing Committee elects the following Office Bearers. : President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer. Staff members : The day-to-day functions are managed by the Executive Officer. Association has its Regional Office at New Delhi.
